This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.intintus.com, the INTINTUS mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Subject to the conditions set forth below, custom designs, sale items, and hair accessories are all final sale and cannot be returned. If you purchased a non-customized item and it remains unused and in its original condition, we'd be happy to process a refund.

INTINTUS will gladly accept exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all internal garment tags intact with your original receipt within ten (10) days of the date of the Shipment Confirmation, unless a longer period of time is specified in writing at the time of purchase, Order Confirmation, or Shipment Confirmation. You should send the product in the same package received.

INTINTUS don't do refunds. If you would like to return your items we will give you store credit.

INTINTUS reserves the right to refuse exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above exchange requirements in INTINTUS'S sole discretion.

More information in the terms and conditions. INTINTUS reserves the right to reject exchanges sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items, which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used. The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied to the returned item(s) and it will not include any shipping charge paid by you unless you are returning a damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent to you.

If you placed your order as a guest: you will be able to make a return by accessing the link included in the order confirmation email.

Can I keep the original item after having requested an exchange?

No. If 15 days have passed since requesting the exchange and we have not received the original items, you will be charged the amount using the original payment method.

Once I have exchanged an item, can I return the new item?

Yes, you can return it within 15 days of the e-mail confirming shipment of the new order.

Can I exchange or return any item?
